Spaa Cuisine(TM) Recipes & Cooking Suggestions

Whether you find yourself hosting a house full of guests, or planning a regular dinner, try forming some new Spaa Cuisine(TM) culinary traditions of your own. Here are some menu and recipe ideas to get you on your way!

Keep in mind... When it comes to authentic Thai cooking, the goal is always to fit your guests' taste buds. Different spices and ingredients work with different meat textures to achieve a unique symphony of tastes. The Peanut / Masaman Curry sauce is creamy and sweet, and generally works very well with white meats such as poached, grilled or even fried chicken. The Red Curry sauce, on the other hand, has a lighter mouth-feel than the Peanut Curry, with a strong hint of lemongrass flavor and a quick buildup of spiciness. This sauce is perfect when serving with "creamier" meats, such as beef or seafood. The Green Curry sauce is the most versatile flavor of the three curries. It can go well with any types of meat, but recommended is any meat and vegetables that will complement its elegant flavor of Thai eggplant and basil leaves.
